Misunderstood Mutts Rescue is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization operated completely by volunteers, which means 100% of our adoption fees, donations, and contributions go towards the animals we save and the rescue's cost of upkeep (crates. leashes, collars, and the website of course).

has a direct impact on the dogs we rescue!
The monetary breakdown of a rescue dog:

Spay/Neuter: $250+
Vaccines: $100+
Microchip: $45
Miscellaneous*: upto $200+
TOTAL: $645+

These numbers are the average for a healthy dog. We've rescued numerous dogs whose vet bills exceeded $800, but thanks to generous donations like yours they were able to receive the care they needed before finding their forever homes!
